News & Press... July, 2010- CSS Phases Out Old-Style Deliverables Earlier this year CSS phased out the traditional constructibility deliverables of spreadsheets, comment binders and separate, hand-drawn redlines. Today, clients receive a completely digitized set of plans and specs in PDF format, and a link to their project that contains: - An executive summary of the major findings and concerns. - A full set of plans in PDF format with comments and redlines digitally transcribed. - A full set of specifications, similarly annotated. - 24/7 access, free archiving, and the ability to print files at any time. - The ability to download and store the project on their own computer or burn it to CD. If clients still want a paper copy, the annotated plans and specs may be printed by any reprographer, in any size. Call today for an example! June, 2010- The Green Initiative Continues No more paper!
