Who we are…

Construction Specialty Services focuses entirely upon providing Constructibility, Inter-disciplinary coordination,
Peer and LEED review services.

Our diversified staff consists of experienced builders, professional engineers, construction managers, licensed
architects, mechanical and electrical tradesmen, superintendents, and structural engineers. The majority of our people
have more than twenty years experience in designing, managing and building large public-works projects.

We specialize in schools and hospitals, but also have a diverse project history that includes Performing Arts Centers;
Libraries; Biological Laboratories; Commercial high-rises; University Centers; Aquatic Centers; and Condominium
Towers.
